CalmAllio offers guided sessions to support your daily balance. Sessions may be delivered online or in person. Each booking is tailored to your needs.

2.2 Information Products

Our digital guides and course materials provide step-by-step calm-method techniques.

2.3 Physical Goods

We offer products such as printed workbooks and relaxation kits designed to complement your calm-method practice.

3. Refund Policy

3.1 Services

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before a scheduled session qualify for a full refund to your original payment method. Requests made less than 48 hours in advance may not receive a refund due to trainer and scheduling commitments. Sessions may be rescheduled once without penalty if you notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

3.2 Information Products

Due to the immediate access provided, digital products are non-refundable once downloaded or accessed. If you have not accessed a purchased guide within 7 days, you may request a refund by submitting a request through our contact form. Approved refunds will be credited using the original payment channel within 10 days.

3.3 Physical Goods

You may return unopened physical items within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a return, contact us via the contact form. You are responsible for return shipping. Once we receive and inspect the items, we will credit your original payment channel within 10 days.

4. Scheduling and Rescheduling

To book, reschedule, or cancel sessions, please contact our support team via phone or use the contact form. Rescheduling requests made at least 24 hours prior to the session start time will not incur fees.

6. Changes to Terms
